What we collect
Your account details (name, email), the contracts you upload, and the analyses generated from them. We also collect basic, privacy-respecting usage analytics to improve the product.
How we use your documents
Uploaded contracts are used solely to produce your analysis and report. They are private to your account. We do not sell your documents, and we do not share them with third parties except the infrastructure providers strictly required to run the service.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with reputable cloud providers. We follow enterprise security practices, including access controls and least-privilege handling of your data.
Data retention & deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated documents at any time by emailing us. We remove data within a reasonable period after such a request, subject to any legal retention obligations.
AI processing
Analyses are produced with the help of AI models. Document text may be processed by our AI provider strictly to generate your result; it is not used to train third-party models where we can control that setting.
